My name is David and I have been a member of Only Men Aloud since October 2009. I started singing at an early age when I became a chorister at Llandaff Cathedral. Since then I have sung in many choirs, including the National Youth Choir of Great Britain, and I was a choral scholar at Oxford University.
 
I have had some amazing experiences since joining OMA. Particular highlights have been the sell-out UK Christmas Tour and performing at the Classical Brit Awards where we won the Album of the Year Award- an evening that I will never forget! I have also had the opportunity to sing with some brilliant performers such as Kerry Ellis, Bryn Terfel, Bonnie Tyler and John Owen-Jones.
 
I am very excited to be joining the team of OBA captains! I have been following the progress of this project from it's earliest days and the standing ovation after the performance at the opening concert of the National Eisteddfod was an incredible moment. There is a great future ahead for OBA, and I can't wait to pass on the wonderful experiences that choral singing has to offer.
